

This 8-week bench program is designed to prepare you for a Bench-Only powerlifting meet or to PR your bench press. The first six weeks consist of three days of upper body work: (1) heavy day, (1) rep day, and (1) accessory day. The seventh week is a deload week followed by a max effort attempt in the final week. Written and programmed by John Ruoppo (500lb raw bench, 700lb equipped bench).
