Hello everyone, I am Stefanie, co-owner of EvolveFT! Growing up, I played multiple sports, and then chose to continue my soccer career at Curry College where I earned my degree in Community Health and Wellness. Since then, I have trained for multiple half-marathons plus a full marathon and enjoy a variety of training styles for strength and conditioning. I am also a former head coach at Thompson Public Schools for the girl's soccer, girl's basketball, and co-ed track and field teams where I developed a deep understanding of how to mentally and physically prepare athletes for competition. I am a NASM and Schwinn certified instructor, and I look forward to training with you all!
